Delete your account or personal data

Request account deletion

Email info@khulkon.com with the subject Khulkon TV account deletion request.

1. Include the email address or phone number linked to your Khulkon TV account.
2. Say that you want your account and its associated personal data deleted.
3. Our support team will verify account ownership before processing your request. We will reply with any necessary verification steps and the expected completion time.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request manually to info@khulkon.com. Do not send your password, OTP, card details or payment credentials.

Request deletion of specific data

To request deletion of personal data while keeping your account, email info@khulkon.com with the subject Khulkon TV personal data deletion request. Include your account email or phone number and identify the data you want removed.

Data covered by your request

An account deletion request covers your account profile and associated personal data, including your name, contact details, profile image, saved preferences and viewing activity, where stored.

Some transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding issue. If this applies, support will explain which records are retained, the reason and the applicable retention period in its response.

Submitting an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete an account. Completion time depends on ownership verification and any applicable retention requirements. Support will confirm the timeline and notify you when your request is completed.

Delete from the app

You can also use the existing Delete Account option in Khulkon TV's account/settings screen.

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage any recurring subscription in the store where it was purchased.
